The Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) is searching for an outstanding full-time Board Certified  or Board Eligible fellowship trained Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgeon (Urogynecologist) to join the Division of Urogynecology.  The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is one of the largest departments of EVMS.   

Acute Care Surgeon The Department of Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School, a center of excellence in patient care, education and research, is currently recruiting for a full-time faculty member at the Assistant, Associate or Professor Level.  Candidates must be board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care with a strong interest in acute care surgery, emergency general surgery, trauma and critical care.  There will be opportunity for an elective general surgery practice as well.  We are responsible for managing and staffing a Level 1 Trauma Center and are fully integrated with the surgical residency at EVMS.  This is an academic appointment that requires successful candidates to be committed to patient care, resident, fellow and medical student education and research.  Candidates will be expected to participate in the clinical practice, administrative and teaching programs at EVMS.

Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) is seeking a Pulmonologist or Pulmonologist-Intensivist as an Assistant or Associate Professor for its Division of Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine. The candidate will participate in the clinical and educational activities of the Internal Medicine Department. The physician must be proficient in bronchoscopy, intubation, thoracentesis, ventilation management and central line placement. The position is primarily clinical and outpatient-based in Norfolk, Virginia. The EVMS Division of Plastic Surgery is seeking a board certified/board eligible plastic surgeon who has completed an ACGME-approved fellowship in hand surgery with subspecialty certificate or plans to seek a subspecialty certificate in surgery of the hand, at the Assistant Professor level to join our full-time academic faculty.
